In 2002, I walked into a London gym determined to help busy professionals get strong, fit, and energized without wasting time. They needed effective solutions that delivered results and pain couldn't be part of the process.
It did not take long for me to become the go-to expert for injuries, helping clients move beyond pain while still smashing their fitness goals. Whether it was building strength, shedding weight, or boosting energy levels, I believed you shouldn't t have to choose between healing and progress.
That journey led to the creation of the HIP Method (Heal Intrusive Pain) and my signature program, REbuild.

After 18 years in the gym, I moved online in 2020 to reach more people with REbuild, because movement isn't optional, it is essential. Especially as we hit our 40s and beyond, when aches, stiffness, and setbacks start creeping in. REbuild is for everybody who wants to stay strong, active, and pain-free for life.
This journey is personal for me too. After major abdominal surgery, I had to start from scratch building my strength and relearning how to move. That's why it is called REbuild: because life changes, and so do our bodies. This program is your blueprint to move smarter, get stronger, and thrive not with boring stretches, but with a dynamic, effective plan that delivers real results and helps you reclaim your body for life.
